Where? New Heights Cafe every Friday 9am-12:30pm.

What? Please come along and meet other carers, have a chat, make new friends, talk to people who will understand what you are going through, guest speakers, social events

Mind Drop-in Centre

Where? The Clancy Room @ St John's Centre. Mondays 10am-3pm and Fridays 11.15-3pm

What? Good mental health is of interest to all of us in the same way physical health is. Don’t wait until you experience difficulties to start thinking about how to look after yourself.
You don’t need a diagnosis or to think of yourself as having a mental health problem to access this service.
We will offer company, support, art and craft, information, sympathetic listening, friendship, and a wide range of knowledge, experience and contacts. Refreshment are available.

Alcoholics Anonymous

Where? Every Tuesday, 1:30 to 2:30 PM at the Clancy Room.

What? Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism.

Al-anon

Where? Join us every Monday in the Clancy Room from 8:00 to 9:30PM.

What? Al-anon family group is for families and friends of alcoholics who share their experience and hopes to solve their common problems. Alcoholism is a family illness and change in attitude can lead to recovery.

ADHD Support Group

When? Every 1st Monday of each Month @ Guild room, St John’s Centre from 8pm-9pm.

What? ADHD support group provides support to parents and carers of children with ADHD.
