My:NH Terms and Conditions

Access to the My:NH system is provided, subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before registering.

1) All registered My:NH users wishing to use the computers in the New Heights drop-in centre, should also ensure they have a user account for the computer network.

2) Users must provide all requested information during the registration process. Failure to do so will result in your account not being created/suspension of an exisiting account.

3) Registered My:NH users can only access the My:NH system with their own login credentials. Anyone found accessing the system with another users login credentials will be permanently banned from the system.

4) New Heights reserves the right to cancel/temporarily suspend your account without prior consultation.

5) New Heights reserves the right to monitor user activity and report inacceptable behaviour/web browsing to the necessary authorities.

6) New Heights reserves the right to temporarily close the My:NH system for periods of maintenance without prior consultation.

7) New Heights reserves the right to monitor @new-heights.org.uk email addresses if we have cause to believe a user is in breech of these terms and conditions.

8) New Heights reserves the right to cancel a users My:NH account if we believe a user is in breech of these terms and conditions.

9) All data submitted to New Heights and through My:NH is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998)
