| We want to keep developing services but need more space. We have applied to the Big Lottery and our application is being assessed now. A new centre would enable so many more people in central Kingstanding to access the services they need. A high quality centre as a focal point for those services has been missing for too long.
We would also like to get more help in recruiting and supporting our army of [volunteers]. We believe that our volunteers such an important part of our development so far and in the future. We cannot afford to neglect them and want to be able to help them in their personal and professional development.
If we can build a new centre and get someone to support volunteers we would like to consolidate our relationship with our partner organisations in a way that responds to the needs and wishes of the people of central Kingstanding.
